Giving back,starting young

I started volunteering at my local blood clinics a couple years ago at the age of 24 and I love the feeling of giving back to my community. Being younger than most of the donors and volunteers Im around, it really made me notice how much we need to connect with youth in the organization and engaging with younger age groups to become donors. I love knowing that this organization is a part of saving lives and I always encourage my friends and coworkers to stop by a clinic or call! Starting out volunteering early in life means I can give back longer and be a part of this amazing community for years to come!
